In a win for our private members, the ACHA 2021 – 2024 Enterprise Agreement has been approved by the Fair Work Commission, commencing from 25 November 2022.
Members at Ashford, Flinders Private and Memorial Hospital will see wage increases of 2% from 1 July 2021, 3% from 1 July 2022, and a further 3% from 1 July 2023.
In keeping with the terms of the Agreement, members should note an increase to their wages of 5% from the first full pay period after 25 November 2022.
ACHA have advised that any back pay associated with the approval of your new Enterprise Agreement will be paid on Thursday, 15 December 2022.
