The content of this course aims to reinforce and deepen your skills and knowledge to position you more strongly as a
situational union leader. To do this we will follow on from the SWOT session with a Personal Goals/Objectives session.
These goals should cover the following:
• Organisational Problem Solving
• Leadership
• Activism
• Confidence
• Professional Competence
• Accountability
• Knowledge of systemic and underlying problems
• Escalation
