Our recruitment process

The following section outlines the general process for recruitment within the ANMF (SA Branch). This process may vary depending on the nature of the role and the duration of tenure.

  1. Vacancies are advertised on the ANMF (SA Branch) website and seek.com.au
  2. Applications are received and assessed against clear Job Descriptions
  3. Shortlisted candidates are invited for an interview where experience and competency are assessed against desired tasks and minimum competencies and skills of role
  4. An interview is conducted with relevant manager or team members (depending on role)
  5. Demonstration of relevant experience may occur
  6. Reference checking is undertaken to assess and confirm relevant demonstrated experience with specific tasks/responsibilities
  7. Final decision is made and communicated
