SA Health draft policy on worker health wellbeing & fitness for work is far too intrusive into ones personal life. We go to work & go home get paid for the work we do, that’s it. SA Health does not own us, it ridiculous to suggest that employees participate in fitness programs or any other program that is not part of WorkCover. The suggestion that colleagues report on someone’s health issues Orwellian & bordering on National Socialism. Far too much for me.
Nurses are getting older in line with the rest of the population, is another to way to downsize the health budget.
