Public sector enterprise bargaining – negotiations commenced today

Bargaining has officially commenced for thousands of public sector nurses and midwives as the ANMF (SA Branch) today met with State Government representatives to discuss how negotiations will proceed from today.

The negotiating groups reconvene on 9 July when both parties will provide details of their log of claims.

    NICU at the WCH require a dedicated resuscitation nurse, more education FTE, support nurses as they have in PICU, (1 for every 4 patients) Also our patients requiring 2:1 & 1.5:1 staff ratio are not recognised or given credibility by our institution.
