Aged Care Non-Compliance

If you are aware of any practices that risk the health, safety and well-being of aged care residents and have not been addressed by the aged care facility, we encourage you to lodge a complaint with the Aged Care Complaints Commissioner here. You don’t have to release your personal details, as complaints can be lodged as open, confidential or anonymous.

Notices of non-compliance were issued to Boandik St Mary’s at Mount Gambier and have since been resolved.

Sanctions have been imposed on:

  • Makk and McLeay, Oakden
  • Martindale Nursing Home, Gawler
  • Westminster Village Nursing Home, Grange
