Current Interest Groups

The ANMF (SA Branch) provides a forum for interested members to express and discuss professional, educational, industrial, or service issues confronting Midwifery. At the request of the ANMF (SA Branch) CEO/Secretary the group may be asked to provide advice and comment on midwifery/maternity related matters.

Examples include coronial outcomes, Parliamentary reviews, staffing methodologies and service changes.

The Midwifery Issues Reference group meets every two months at the ANMF (SA Branch). Any issues that need to be addressed out of session are handled by email or teleconference. For information regarding this group email us.
