The Aged Care and Home & Community Care sectors desperately need workers as over 200,000 Aged Care workers are due to retire in the next 15 years (Aged Care Workforce Final Report 2012 DoHA)
To enter the Aged Care workforce, you will need to study the CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support to gain new skills and knowledge.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander & culturally and linguistically diverse background applicants are encouraged to apply.

• 11 week course – Delivered at ANMEC, comprising of online learning and work placement
• Full Time Study – Monday to Thursday (9am to 4pm), Friday (Self Learning)
• 120 hours of work placement

($3,553.60 full course cost if ineligible for WorkReady)
ANMEC are obligated under the training standards to ensure students undertaking courses are fully informed of the course requirements, course fees and are going to be successful at completing the qualification and successful at gaining employment. In order to do this, ANMEC require applicants to complete a questionnaire and language, literacy and numeracy test as a way to determine this and if not, suggest support options.
