The Workplace Issues Reporting Tools are your secure way of reporting safe staffing issues at your workplace, including staffing numbers, violence/ aggression against staff within the work place or fatigue issues relating to rosters, double shifts.
Please enter as much detail as possible, as this will help us to compare your report with any agreed or mandated staffing or allow us to investigate any breach of the WHS act in relation to violence/aggression and fatigue in your area.
The ANMF (SA Branch) may need to contact you to discuss your report in more detail.
