In response to high demand and increased urgent and pressing enquiries, our Duty Officer services have been extended to provide assistance 7 days per week, with weekend online services from 10am to 4pm. Please note our weekend online service is only available by submitting an online form and only urgent matters will be responded to on weekend shifts.

- Any questions or concerns about your workplace preparedness for COVID-19
- Any safety or PPE concerns
- Advice for personal circumstances on rosters, workload, taking leave
