Following the ANMF (SA Branch) seeking talks with private hospitals on how the suspension of semi-urgent elective surgeries may impact staff, Calvary has confirmed its intent is to maintain our valuable workforce during this time.
Calvary does note however the changes enacted by Federal Government and ongoing supply chain issues across the industry will continue to create challenges for us in maintaining their current operations.
Calvary stated they are working closely with Government at a State and Federal level to ensure they can maintain standards of care across the broad range of services we provide to the community. Calvary will make assessments regarding our workforce and identify where change is necessary, with an initial focus on redeployment where appropriate.
