Peripheral IV Cannulation CPD

In this session, through simulation and practical demonstration, participants are able to interactively learn and understand the anatomy, technique, safety and equipment necessary to successfully perform PIVC, along with indications/contraindications, complications, maintenance and removal. These aspects will provide participants with the knowledge and skill set to effectively perform PIVC in the clinical setting. Participants will be provided with a Certificate of Attendance and Log work book which they can complete and then present to their work place for witnessing of successful cannulation procedures
